Job Summary:

The Southeast Michigan Construction Academy (SEMCA) is seeking to hire master level electricians, carpenters, HVAC, welding and heavy construction professionals. Previous classroom experience is not required, as we will provide necessary instructor training and mentoring opportunities.

Our instructors are part-time employees who are interested in giving back to the trade that has been good to them in their career. We have 17-week semesters. The classes are Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday beginning at 6:30 p.m. and running until 9 p.m.

Requirements:

• Master-level in trade with current license

• Ability to work in the evening

• Computer Literate
